All digital product ticket purchases made through lxdnplus.com are considered final sales, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.
DIGITAL PRODUCT TICKET PURCHASES
By purchasing a ticket through LXDN+, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All purchases are processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Each ticket represents the purchase of an exclusive Digital Wallpaper Pack, which includes premium, high-resolution watch photography.
Each eligible ticket includes one (1) complimentary promotional entry into the applicable LXDN+ giveaway.
Digital wallpaper products are delivered electronically via email following successful checkout.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or order modifications after purchase, except where required by applicable law.
Complimentary giveaway entries are automatically allocated and recorded upon successful purchase confirmation.
FINAL SALE CONDITIONS
Our no-refund policy generally applies to:
Accidental or duplicate purchases.
Changes in personal preference or interest.
Failure to review product details before completing checkout.
Incorrect ticket quantities selected during purchase.
Dissatisfaction with giveaway results or failure to win.
Requests to modify or transfer valid complimentary promotional entries after purchase.

GIVEAWAY ENTRY ADJUSTMENTS
Complimentary promotional entries associated with valid purchases are recorded in our giveaway management system.
To maintain accurate and fair giveaway records:
Entries associated with completed, valid purchases cannot ordinarily be transferred, exchanged, or modified at a customer’s request.
If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent, any associated complimentary entries may be invalidated or removed.
The Sponsor reserves the right to correct administrative or technical errors affecting ticket allocations.
All entry adjustments will be handled in accordance with our Official Giveaway Rules and applicable law.
DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
Digital wallpaper products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, including spam or junk folders.
If you experience difficulty receiving or accessing your digital product, please contact support@lxdnplus.com for assistance.
An order is not deemed fulfilled solely because payment has been confirmed if the purchased digital product has not been made available as promised.
PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly or without authorization, we encourage you to contact our support team.
Customers retain any rights to dispute transactions or request chargebacks provided by applicable law and payment provider rules.
Fraudulent transactions or successfully reversed purchases may result in the removal of associated complimentary giveaway entries.
STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy excludes, restricts, or overrides consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable consumer protection legislation requires a refund, cancellation, replacement, or other remedy, those legal requirements will take precedence over this Policy.
