Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in their respective jurisdiction, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in any LXDN+ Giveaway, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to comply with these Official Rules.

All decisions made by the Sponsor regarding eligibility, entry validation, winner selection, and prize distribution shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Each Giveaway begins on the launch date published on the applicable giveaway page at lxdnplus.com (the “Giveaway Page”).

Unless otherwise stated, LXDN+ Giveaways operate on a ticket sellout basis, rather than a fixed countdown timer.

Each Giveaway has a predetermined number of digital product tickets available for purchase, as displayed on its Giveaway Page.

Once all available tickets have been sold, ticket sales for that Giveaway will close.

The Giveaway’s entry period, including its no-purchase entry closing date, and the subsequent drawing must be administered in accordance with Section 5.

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel a Giveaway where reasonably necessary because of technical failures, fraud, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any material changes will be communicated through the Giveaway Page.

All previously accepted eligible entries will remain valid unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of participation in an LXDN+ Giveaway.

(A) Digital Product Ticket Purchase

During an active Giveaway, eligible customers may purchase digital product tickets through lxdnplus.com.

Each ticket represents the purchase of an exclusive digital product, which includes:

• 1 Exclusive Digital Wallpaper Pack featuring premium, high-resolution watch photography.

• 1 Complimentary Promotional Giveaway Entry into the applicable Giveaway.

• Digital Delivery of the purchased wallpaper product following checkout.

Every eligible ticket purchase includes one (1) complimentary promotional entry.

For clarity, the primary product being purchased is the downloadable digital wallpaper package. The promotional giveaway entry is provided as a complimentary benefit associated with that purchase.

Digital products will be delivered electronically using the email address supplied during checkout.

Ticket Availability

Each Giveaway has a limited number of digital product tickets available for purchase.

The maximum quantity will be clearly displayed on the applicable Giveaway Page.

For example, a Giveaway offering 150 tickets will have a maximum of 150 digital product tickets available for purchase.

The Sponsor reserves the right to reject fraudulent transactions, invalidate entries associated with reversed or unauthorized payments, and disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the entry process.

(B) Free Mail-In Entry — No Purchase Necessary (AMOE)

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY LXDN+ GIVEAWAY.

Eligible individuals may enter a Giveaway without purchasing a digital product by using the free mail-in entry method described below.

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite the following information on a plain 3″ x 5″ card:

• Full legal name

• Complete mailing address

• Email address

• Phone number

• Date of birth

• Name of the Giveaway being entered

• The statement: “I wish to enter without a purchase.”

Each valid mail-in request will receive one (1) promotional giveaway entry, equivalent to the complimentary entry included with one (1) digital product ticket purchase.

No digital wallpaper product is supplied with a free mail-in entry.

Mail-In Requirements

• Each mail-in request must be handwritten and submitted in a separate envelope.

• No purchase of an LXDN+ product is required.

• Mechanically reproduced, automated, or third-party bulk submissions are prohibited.

• Mail-in entries will be subject to the same eligibility requirements and random selection process as complimentary entries associated with digital product purchases.

• The Sponsor will validate qualifying requests before including them in the drawing.

Mail-In Entry Limits and Deadline

6. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) grand prize will be awarded for each Giveaway unless otherwise stated on its Giveaway Page.

The prize may consist of a luxury watch, jewelry, accessories, travel experience, or another premium item, as specifically advertised.

The Giveaway Page will disclose:

• The specific prize being offered.

• The applicable product make and model, where relevant.

• The approximate retail value (ARV).

• Any significant prize inclusions, conditions, or exclusions.

No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion and where permitted by applicable law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for ongoing maintenance, servicing, insurance, or manufacturer warranty obligations beyond those expressly provided with the prize.

The winner is responsible for applicable taxes, import duties, customs charges, and other legally required fees unless otherwise stated.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible promotional entries received through all permitted entry methods.

Each valid promotional entry has an equal chance of being selected in the random draw.

Purchasing a digital product is not required to enter or win.

The number of tickets available for purchase is not necessarily the total number of entries in the Giveaway, as valid no-purchase entries must also be included.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Following the conclusion of the Giveaway entry period and validation of all eligible entries, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner.

The draw will ordinarily take place within seven (7) days after the entry period has ended, unless a different drawing date is published on the Giveaway Page.

The drawing may be conducted publicly through an LXDN+ livestream or another appropriately documented random selection process.

Every valid promotional entry, whether received through a complimentary digital product purchase entry or the free mail-in method, will be eligible for selection.

The potential winner may be contacted through email, telephone, or other contact information supplied during entry.

The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours after notification unless otherwise specified.

If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be verified, or fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

Canadian Residents

A potential winner residing in Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before being declared the official winner.

The Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide identification or complete applicable eligibility declarations, liability releases, or publicity releases, where lawful.

The prize will be awarded only after all required verification procedures have been completed.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Where permitted by applicable law, the confirmed winner grants LXDN Plus Inc. permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, image, and general location for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

This may include publication through the LXDN+ website, social media channels, livestreams, and promotional materials.

Any use of personal information will remain subject to applicable privacy laws.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor shall not be responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or misdirected entries.

• Postal delays or delivery failures.

• Internet connection issues, website outages, or technical malfunctions.

• Errors or interruptions affecting digital product delivery.

• Unauthorized interference with the entry or winner selection process.

• Incorrect contact information provided by Entrants.

• Loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in a Giveaway or the acceptance or use of a prize.

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless LXDN Plus Inc., its directors, employees, agents, and associated representatives from claims arising from participation or prize use, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes statutory consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be waived.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

LXDN Plus Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

• Attempts to manipulate, interfere with, or undermine the entry process.

• Submits false or misleading information.

• Uses fraudulent payment methods.

• Violates these Official Rules.

• Attempts to interfere with the integrity of the random draw.

The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity and invalidate affected entries where justified.

Where a Giveaway cannot operate as intended because of technical issues, fraud, legal restrictions, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Any material changes to Giveaway conditions will be communicated through the applicable Giveaway Page.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Participation in an LXDN+ Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations.
