Entrants must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their province/state of residence) at the time of entry.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, each entrant (“Entrant”) fully and unconditionally agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Each Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times listed on the applicable giveaway page on lxdnplus.com (the “Giveaway Page”) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s systems and records are the official timekeeping method for the Sweepstakes. Lxdn+ may, in its sole discretion and for any reason, revise the Sweepstakes Period, including extending the end date, adding entry periods, or modifying start/end times. Revised dates will be posted on the applicable Giveaway Page and shall be deemed effective upon posting. All eligible entries received prior to any such revision will remain valid.

5. HOW TO ENTER

(A) Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants who purchase an eligible digital product or promotional pack at lxdnplus.com will receive the number of complimentary promotional entries specified on the applicable Giveaway Page.

The number of complimentary promotional entries received with a purchase is determined by the eligible product or promotional pack purchased, as displayed on the applicable Giveaway Page. Bonus entry multipliers, if offered, will also be displayed on the Giveaway Page.

The Sponsor may void entries and/or disqualify any Entrant for suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or attempts to undermine the entry process.

(B) Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary / AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite the following on a plain 3″ x 5″ card:

• Full name

• Complete mailing address

• Email address

• Phone number

• Date of birth

• The Giveaway name (example: “LXDN+ Luxury Item Sweepstakes #1”)

• The statement: “I wish to enter without a purchase.”

Each valid mail-in entry will receive the same number of promotional entries as one (1) eligible promotional pack, including any advertised bonus entry multiplier that is available for one (1) pack at the time the mail-in entry is received and processed.

Limit one (1) mail-in request per person per giveaway. Requests must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by the Sponsor before the draw (as specified on the Giveaway Page).

Mechanically reproduced entries, automated/bulk mailings, or third-party submissions are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) grand prize will be awarded per Sweepstakes.

The grand prize consists of a Luxury Item Prize Package, which may include a watch, travel experience, jewelry, accessories, or other premium goods, as described on the Giveaway Page.

The specific prize, model, inclusions, and Approximate Retail Value (ARV) will be disclosed on the Giveaway Page.

No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for warranties, maintenance, insurance, or servicing. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and any required licensing/registration costs (if any).

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

A potential winner will be selected in a random drawing within seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends (or as stated on the Giveaway Page).

Potential winner may be notified by email, phone, and/or mail (if required). The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification (or as otherwise specified), or an alternate winner may be selected.

Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, as a condition of winning.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Where permitted by law, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, and city/province/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due entries

• Technical failures, Website outages, service interruptions, or transmission issues

• Unauthorized human intervention

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor
